The said liquid kishiritoru composition to be desirable is non crystal from approximately 0C in approximately 10C. In order to produce the liquid kishiritoru composition, also as for hydrogenation method, from approximately 55 of the sugar syrup blend the sugar syrup of approximately 99DE and the fact that it hydrogenates also the sugar syrup blend which includes the xylose of the quantity of approximately 55 percentages by weight from approximately 15 of the said blend is included, from dextrose equivalent (DE) approximately 20DE of the quantity of approximately 95 percentages by weight. Although the liquid kishiritoru composition of non crystal is produced, to use it is possible this method.
