PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a trail calculation of a medical fee with new medial points and drug prices by reading out medical treatment data under old dates. SOLUTION: In a processor of medical office work comprising a database of medical points and drug prices, a calculation means to calculate the fee with searching the database by a database of medical points and drug prices and medical treatment codes, a calculation result database to store medical fee data and a statement preparation means to output statements of medical fee, there is a plurality of the databases of medical points and drug prices, which respectively have expiration dates indicating effectiveness to each medical treatment date, a trial calculation means to calculate the fee with reading out amounts and times of the codes from the calculation result database and reading out the points by searching the database of medical points and drug prices which is now-effective by the codes and a database of trial calculation result to store the trial calculation data by patient are provided.
