PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a jump-out of a wire from a predetermined circuit pattern, and to conduct the vacuum forming with excellent workability by providing a vacuum forming die main body, a guide member, multiple coil springs and a push plate. ;SOLUTION: A lower part of each guide member 35, 37 is housed in each housing hole 53 of a vacuum forming die main body 33 freely to be moved in the vertical direction. A stopper part (a first stopper part) for regulating upper limit of projecting height of each member 35, 37 in relation to the vacuum suction surface 45 and a stopper part (a second stopper part) for regulating a lower limit of the projection height thereof are respectively formed between the main body 33 and each member 35, 37. Each coil spring 41 is arranged in holes 53 of the main body 33 so as to push up each member 35, 37 to a position, in which they are regulated by the first stopper. With this structure, at the time of wiring a wire 55, generation of jump-out of the wire 55 from a circuit pattern part 51 is prevented by a guide function of the members 35, 37 projected at a sufficient height, and the workability of the wiring of the wire 55 can be improved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
