PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient and efficient wet pack which can be used as both hot pack and cold pack and whose total surface can be applied to a part of the human face. ;SOLUTION: One kind of or a mixture of more than two kinds of selected from among higher fatty acid salts is included at the ratio of 15-40weight% of the total weight in a medium compound 12. The medium compound 12 is semisolid or solid in the prescribed temperature range practically determined by the kind and the volume of the higher fatty acid included, and is liquefied when cooled below the prescribed temperature range.
