PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform conformity of a slip protection and blow buffering material to any stairs by a method wherein a boundary between a step end buffering part and stumbling prevention part is not made clear, a transfer part is formed at this part or the step end buffering part and the stumbling prevention part are formed in the same sectional shape and formed of the same material as each other. SOLUTION: A corner cushion part (r) is matched with the corner part of the upper part of a step end and an inclination part (p) and a groove part (q) are fixed on the surface of a tread A by means of an adhesive. A step end buffering part S is fixed at a step end in a similar manner described above. Finally, an angle regulation part (u) is fixed at a riser board B. In this case, when the angle regulation part (u) is fixed, and at a corner part at the lower part of the step end, a stair buffering material D is folded in a manner to conform to a rise size at a construction site and the thickness of the tread A. This constitution results in mounting of a slip protection material on the tread, a blow buffering material on a step end corner part and a flat part, and further a stumbling prevention material on the rise part. This constitution performs mounting in conformity to a construction site having various tread thicknesses and riser sizes.
