PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vocal signal or instrumental sound signal processor which provides stabilized random pan effect to plural vocal signals or instrumental sound signals always. SOLUTION: The outputs of effect providing parts 7a and 7b become a first and a second harmony sound signals. They are input in a signal output control part 10, mixed, and release the sound. A pan control part 13 controls the localization of the acoustic image of the first and the second harmony sound signals at random with time. The region to localize the acoustic image is divided into several sections. The pan control part 13 is provided with a localization position determination part to determine the localizing position in the prescribed region in prescribed term at random and a memory part to store the information on the localized position of plural instrumental sound signals which are determined previously by the localized position determination part. The localized position determination part uses all of divided sections excluding predetermined localized positions as above described prescribed region.
