PURPOSE: To prepare the subject sheet excellent in surface scratch resistance, resistance to piercing and emboss transferability, useful for automotive trim materials, camera bags, etc., composed of a specific thermoplastic olefinic elastomer and a polybutene at specified proportion. ;CONSTITUTION: This skin sheet composed of (A) 30-90 pts.wt. of a partially crosslinked thermoplastic olefinic elastomer produced by dynamic heat treatment in the presence of an organic peroxide of a total of 100 pts.wt. of a blend of 30-90 pts.wt. of an ethylene 1α-olefin copolymer rubber and 10-70 pts.wt. of a polypropylene resin and (B) 10-70 pts.wt. of a poly-1-butene resin.
