PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform wiring by using a simple and inexpensive method, facility and member for installing a cable such as an optical fiber and the like to a small-diameter conduit such as an installation pipe and the like installed to a house, office and the like from a main pipe of a sewer and the like.;SOLUTION: An opening-formed sheath pipe section 10 provided with a sheath pipe having an opening is located at a branch to the installation pipe 2 from the main pipe. The opening- formed sheath pipe section 10, a fall-preventive ribbed sheath pipe section 20 and a cable- holding sheath pipe section 30 are inserted in a work hole of the main pipe of the conduit, while connecting these sections each other at the time of insertion, so that the fall-preventive ribbed sheath pipe 20 is located at one end or both ends adjacent to the opening-formed sheath pipe 10, and so that the cable-holding sheath pipe section 30 provided with a cable- holding manes, which holds the cable at the external periphery of the sheath pipe, is located at an area other than an area where the opening-formed sheath-pipe section 10 or the fall- preventive ribbed sheath pipe section 20 is located. At the time of insertion, an order wire for conducting an installation cable is installed at a cutout or a projection formed at the opening-formed sheath pipe section 10, to conduct the order wire to the branch to the installation pipe 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
