PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tofu containing tea and a plant and a thick block of deep-dried bean curd which are readily eatable by anyone at anyplace, have enough nutrition, good flavor, beautiful color, fragrance, mellow feeling on the tongue and are suitable as salad, dessert, snack and weight-reducing food.;SOLUTION: Taste, color and aroma of tea such as green tea, black tea, etc., coffee or cocoa, herb, vegetable or fruit, etc., are combined with a tofu give good flavor, beautiful color and fragrance. Addition of a milk, etc., to the tofu provides the tofu with a mellow feeling on the tongue. This thick block of deep-dried bean curd is obtained by cutting a tofu into a stick form (long and slender rectangular solid) before frying with an oil and can be readily eaten outdoors.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
