PURPOSE: To provide an operation monitoring apparatus of a fluid dehumidifier which enables the minimizing of troubles with a simple mechanism while allowing the discovering of any trouble generated easily. ;CONSTITUTION: In a monitoring apparatus 10 which monitors the operation of a fluid dehumidifier using a cooling mirror-finished surface 12 in which a dew point of a dehumidified fluid supplied from the fluid dehumidifier is cooled to a specified temperature with a Peltier element 28, a hood 14 is mounted having a surface covering an upper portion of the cooling mirror-finished surface 12 made up of a transparent plate so that the surface of the cooling mirror- finished surface 12 can be observed with naked eyes while the hood 14 is provided with a supply port 22 and a discharge port 24 of a measuring fluid so that the measuring fluid flows along the cooling mirror-finished surface 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
