PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily install a sound insulation wall, by fixing a bracket to support a panel at the side face attaching the sound insulation panel, to a post and providing a fitting metal tool connecting to the bracket of the post to fit it from the upper side. ;SOLUTION: An H-shaped groove of a post 1 is used for a groove 1a in which a sound insulation panel 2 is vertically inserted. And a bracket 6 supporting the panel is fixed with welding or the like in the groove 1a. And a protruded connection part 2a is formed to fit the panel into the groove 1a of the post 1 while sliding it from the upper side, at the end face of the sound insulation panel 2. And a fitting metal tool 7 connecting to the bracket 6 to fit it from the upper side is provided at the position corresponding to the bracket 6. The connection parts 2a of both ends of the panel 2 are arranged to coincide with the grooves 1a of the posts 1, 1 erected at a certain distance and dropped from the upper side to place the metal tool 7 on the bracket 6 and fit a pin 7a into a pin hole 6a.
