PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject device for reliably specifying the hitter's box of a trainee who has hit a ball with a relatively simple configuration while reducing the type of balls.;SOLUTION: A ball where a reversible thermo paint has been pained to the surface is used. This golf-exercising device is provided with a heating means for partially heating the surface of a ball to be supplied to each hitter's box and forming the image of an identification symbol corresponding to the hitter's box, a ball arrival detection means 7 for detecting that the ball being hit by a trainee has reached a specific target position, an image detection means 25 for detecting the shape of an image being formed on the surface of the ball that has reached the target position, a judgment means 26 for judging the identification symbol based on the output, and a means 17 for specifying the hitter's box of the trainee who has hit a ball out of a plurality of hitter's boxes based on the output of the judgment means 26.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
