PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retirement allowance payment debt managing device capable of easily calculating and managing a retirement allowance payment debt for every employee unit corresponding to an arbitrary retirement allowance payment system.;SOLUTION: This device is provided with a present company system input means 2 for generating a retirement system table and a calculation method table by making a user input the retirement allowance payment system of a present company and the calculation method of a retirement allowance payment amount, a basic rate input means 3 for inputting a basic rate, an employee data input means 4 for inputting the identification information of employees, pensioners and standing persons and personal information for retirement allowance payment amount calculation and generating a retirement allowance model and a retirement rate table for each of jobs by performing job analysis concerning the employee data, an employee calculation module 5 for calculation the retirement allowance payment debt concerning employees and a recipient/ standing person calculation module 6 for calculation pension payment debts concerning pensioners/standing persons.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
