PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct an output of a detection element in measuring infrared radiation. ;SOLUTION: First - fourth detection elements 1-4 and a correction element 5 are provided to be connected to a plus bus line 11 via switching transistors 21-25. First - fifth output terminals 61-65 of a scanning circuit 6 are connected to respective gates of the switching transistors. In addition, the fifth output terminal 65 is connected to a gate of a sample transistor 83 of an offset correction circuit 8. Outputs of the detection elements and correction element are inputted to the offset circuit 8 via an amplifier circuit 7. Electric characteristics of the correction element and the detection elements are similar to each other and the sensitiveness of the correction element is set such that the signal value is not varied even when the infrared rays are incident thereon and an offset value of the amplifier means is obtained when the correction element is operated.
