(57) Abstract In pluralistic access telecommunication network, primary bureau as for (2) plural secondary stations (4...18) it is connected. These secondary stations (4...18), the packet is transmitted to primary bureau of the time slot in the frame. These time slots are selected, following to DECT standard. There is a problem that it cannot transmit the ATM cell of 53 bytes with effective method to the standard DECT packet. Following to this invention, the protective space which processes the transmission delay where with of some secondary station and primary bureau differs decreases. In order to prevent the problem due to the delay difference which it mentions, secondary station (4...18), it possesses the compensating expedient which adjusts the instant of transmission of the packet which these bureaus transmit. By the fact that the aforementioned protective space is made to decrease, in the double DECT slot the ATM cell of 53 bytes is made two transmissions possible, the ATM cell is made effectively transmission possible over the frame like DECT.
