Auxiliary cooling seawater equipment for nuclear power plants

PURPOSE: To operate an RSW system with high safety and shorten the inspection period by changing the structure of water intake tanks and flashboards, separating an object apparatus for maintenance at the time of a periodic inspection, and multiplexing the other apparatuses. CONSTITUTION: This cooling sea water facility for nuclear power plant auxiliary machines is provided with water intake paths 1a, 1b of two channels, water intake tanks 14a, 14b, 14c of three channels communicated with them, and reactor auxiliary machine cooling sea water pumps 2a, 2b, 2c on the water intake tanks. The water intake paths and water intake tanks are provided with partition angles 11a, 11b, 12a, 12b, 13a, 13b, 15a-15c for flashing at proper angles. Maintenance can be concurrently applied to a water intake path, a water intake tank, and a reactor auxiliary machine cooling sea water pump of an optional channel, and the operation can be continued by the reactor auxiliary machine cooling sea water pumps of the other two channels.
