Meanwhile, at the lower tubule, the velocity of the flowing seawater is made high, the quantity of the circulating discharged water is made large, thus efficient cooling is performed, and sea dumping is carried out. In this way, the role of the condenser and the role of resource recovery can be simultaneously satisfied.
