PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate toxic exhaust gas by extra-atomizing (super-activating) fuel and improving combustion efficiency since pollution by exhaust gas of automobiles, which is a factor of air pollution, results from incomplete combustion of the fuel, and to contribute to purification, recovery, and conservation of the natural environment of the earth as a part of earth environment conservation which can be said as the today's most important issue.;SOLUTION: Fuel combustion efficiency is accelerated by super-atomizing (super-activating) the fuel by utilizing a chemical reaction (oxidation-reduction action) by minus ions generated by a device and the toxic exhaust gas discharged from the automobiles is eliminated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
