PURPOSE: To advance the leading edge of oscillation and save electric power by oscillating an oscillating piece strongly for a predetermined period of time after outputting a blasting output, in an electric primer, in which an oscillating circuit is oscillated by a supplied blasting electric power and the oscillating output thereof is counted while the primer is ignited when a set value is counted. ;CONSTITUTION: Under a condition that an oscillating electrode is inputted, a constant voltage is outputted from a constant voltage circuit and the oscillation of an oscillating circuit 27 is started, the current of an inverter 28 and the current of an auxiliary inverter 29 are added to oscillate an oscillating piece 21 strongly and rise the oscillating circuit 27 up quickly. Subsequently, the operation of the auxiliary inverter 29 is stopped when the oscillating frequency of the oscillating circuit 27 becomes stationary condition and the oscillation of the oscillating piece 21 is returned to ordinary oscillation effected by only the output of the inverter 28. During a rise-up period of time until the oscillating circuit 27 becomes stationary condition, the counter 33 of a digital timer is reset by a reset retaining circuit 30 and counting is started when the oscillating circuit 27 is returned to stationary oscillating condition while an electric primer is ignited when a set value is counted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
