PURPOSE:To provide a treatment means for making plural times of ligation treatments in the state of inserting an endoscope into the celom. CONSTITUTION:This treatment means has an outside cylinder 2 to be mounted with the endoscope E at its rear end. An inside cylinder 3 connected with' a wire 5 is movably inserted into this outside cylinder 2. This inside cylinder 3 is energized forward by a spring 4 at the time of moving backward. Three pieces of O-rings 7a to 7c are axially mounted at equal intervals in the outer peripheral part of the inside cylinder 3 projecting from the outside cylinder 2. Arm parts 8 are circumferentially arranged at four points at equal intervals in the outer peripheral part of the inside cylinder 3. These arm parts 8 are provided with pawl parts 9a to 9c which are respectively arranged behind the respective O-rings 7a to 7c and have pressing surfaces 23 for ejecting the O-rings forward when the inside cylinder 3 moves backward and slopes 24 to ride over the O-rings by expanding the arm parts 8 in a diametral direction when the inside cylinder 3 moves forward.
