PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which markedly reduces mixture of foreign matters in the bag manufacturing process wherein a plurality of sheets are laminated to make a cylinder with its one end closed, a manufacturing method using the same, and a multiply bag for food and food additives using the same.;SOLUTION: The device is provided with a suction part 1 which is composed of tubes having slits of 5 to 10 mm in width in the transverse direction of less than 140 mm to remove minute foreign matters attaching to the surface of the innermost or each layer just before the cylinder is made, motor-driven blower 3 which satisfies the airdischarging condition of 150 to 250 mmAg in static pressure, 4 to 7 m3 per minute of air so as to suck from the suction part 1, and the suction part 1 and the motor-driven blower 3 are combined through tubes 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
