PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extremely reduce mixing of foreign matters during a manufacturing process.;SOLUTION: During a process of making a cylinder comprising steps of continuously overlaying two or more layers of sheets and making a cylinder and a secondary machining process of closing one of sides, in order to remove fine foreign matters attaching to a surface to be an innermost layer or to each layer on multilayer paper surfaces and various fragments mixing into the paper surfaces, two foreign matter removers for bag-making with a suction side of an electric blower with conditions of a static pressure of 150 to 250 mmAq and a gas quantity of 4 to 7 m3/min on a blowing side for suction coupled are installed continuously widthwise at two stages along a flow of the cylinder making process.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
