PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device/method for quantitatively evaluating/ judging annealing adhesion resistance of stack annealed plate material (such as a flat mask in manufacturing of a shadow mask).;SOLUTION: This measuring device is composed of a load detecting part 30 having a load transducer 32 for outputting a peeling off load of a sample steel plate on a sample placing table 20 as an electric signal, fit to a load transducer support 31, and an indicator/recorder indicating/recording an output signal of the load transducer; and a driving control part 40 moving the load transducer support 31 in the separating and/or approaching direction from and/or to the surface of the sample steel plate, the load transducer 32 is linked with a steel plate in the upper most step of the sample through a hook 33, while the load transducer support 31 is moved in the direction separating from the surface of the sample steel plate, by peeling off the steel plate, peeling off load applied to the load transducer 32 is continuously detected.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
