摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain an apparatus being convenient and having high possibility on practice in use as an apparatus for inactivation of pollen allergen by irradiating cryptomeria pollen collected by means of a filter with ultraviolet rays with a specified wavelength. ;CONSTITUTION: An ultraviolet lamp 1 is set at a distance from a dedusting filter 2 and an aluminum reflecting plate 4 is fixed on the back of the ultraviolet lamp 1 so as to surround the ultraviolet lamp 1 to feed efficiently ultraviolet energy to the face of the dedusting filter 2. Air in a room is fed into the dedusting filter 2 from an air suction hole 5 by means of a fan 3 and pollen in the air is caught on the face of the dedusting filter 2 and the allergen is inactivated by means of the ultraviolet lamp 1. Air where the pollen has been removed is ejected again in the room from an air exhaust hole 6. Cryptomeria pollen collected by means of the filter 2 is irradiated with ultraviolet rays with a wavelength of 254 10nm at an irradiating energy of at least -1.0mW/min/cm².;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
