摘要

PURPOSE: To produce a color filter with light shielding patterned picture elements having satisfactory flatness over the entire surface by incorporating a specified high molecular substance into picture elements. ;CONSTITUTION: When a color filter is produced through a process for forming light shielding picture elements, a high molecular substance represented by formula I is incorporated into the picture elements. In the formula I, R₁ is amino having at least one hydroxyalkyl group as a substituent or a group represented by formula II, R₂ is the hydrogen atom alkyl, aralkyl, etc., or a substituent represented by R₁, in the case where R₂, is the amino represented by R₁, R₁ and R₂ may be different from each other, R₃ is alkylene which may have a substituent, R₄ is the hydrogen atom alkyl, aralkyl, etc., or a group represented by HO-R₃-and R₃ and R₄ may form a 5- or 6-membered hetero ring together with the hydrogen atom.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
