PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately display finished dyeing color according to the nature of hair by a method and device for hair color chart formation which enable the finished dyeing color to accurately be grasped before hair is colored. ;SOLUTION: A hair nature deciding process is performed which decides the nature of hair of a customer before the hair is colored (S1). Then a dyeing process which colors the hair of the customer (S2) is performed. A hair color deciding process which decides the color of the dyed hair is performed. A neural network analyzes the hair nature and hair color and learns the results, and based on the the learnt results, a hair color associating process which associates a finished dyeing color corresponding to the inputted hair nature is carried out (S4).
