NURSING-CARE SYSTEM AND ACHIEVEMENT MANAGEMENT METHOD FOR NURSING-CARE SERVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select and alter nursing-care service optimal to a person in need of care by simple procedural steps, and to simplify achievement management of nursing-care service that is actually offered and the procedure of charge settlement. SOLUTION: This invented nursing-care system comprises the following: a main processing part 1 that executes care plan preparation, achievement management of nursing-care service and the like; a sub processing part 2 that corrects the care plan and reads/writes data from/to a member IC card 6; a portable terminal 3 carried by a helper who offers the nursing-care service; a life insurance institution 4 that settles the nursing-care service charge by insurance money; and a credit card regulatory agent 5 that settles the care service charge by a credit card. Because the achievement information on the care plan and the nursing-care service is recorded on the member IC card 6, the care plan alteration and the summation of achievement information on the nursing-care service can be simplified, and the nursing-care service charge can be settled using a credit card account or by the insurance money of the life insurance.
