PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform mediation so as to safely promote direct dealing of a golf club membership right between individuals and to store certain information data related to its dealing market price or the like to provide the latest proper information required for dealing of the golf club membership right.;SOLUTION: Data of the terms desired for sale from each seller is inputted together with his or her identification information, and the data of the terms desired for purchase from each purchaser is inputted together with his or her identification information, and the data of the terms desired for sale of each golf club membership right as the dealing object is stored together with seller identification information so that it can be read out, and evaluation information of the seller or the purchaser at the time of dealing is stored together with his or her identification information so that it can be read out.
