PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the time and the number of times of the stop of a machine due to the failure of constituting components purchased from the outside. SOLUTION: All components whose shipping records exist are registered, and the inventory situations changed due to the use environments or conditions are recorded as a history. Thus, it is possible to automate a standard inventory searching method and an exchange prediction searching method with respect to the inventory components related with the constituting components.
