PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a propulsion direction precisely depending upon various soil properties irrespective of the skill of an operator.;SOLUTION: Past execution data for each propulsion length in the same soil properties as those of an execution site are sequentially changed for corrective values including point positions and excavation correction directions of a drill head 7 in an actual excavation of the drill head 7. The changed execution data are used to provide expression using a statistical model and prepare a linear prediction expression, on the basis of which a plurality of excavation processes are analyzed for a plurality of subsequent sections from the latest point position of the drill head 7.
