PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multimedia human resources advertisement system capable of remarkably reducing the load on an administrator for the administration of the homepage and also allowing a job hunter to be able to always obtain an innovative situation-vacant advertisement and situation-vacant special edition information. SOLUTION: This multimedia human resources advertisement system has a daily updating and processing part 55 for retrieving item information on special theme daily from a plurality of situation-vacant information in a situation-vacant information data base 51 and storing the retrieved information in an item information data base 54, the display part 1A of a computer device 1 connected to the Internet displaying the item information on the plurality of special themes as a site top page for each special theme, and an hourly updating and processing part 56 for retrieving the item information on the special edition themes from the item information data base 51 for every special edition theme based on day and time information from a clocking part 53 and automatically updating the item information on the special edition themes displayed on the site top page by fixed number of items for each specified time.
