PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device allowing a user to be able to reduce the load on the administration of service use conditions by adding the service use conditions for those other than the user.;SOLUTION: The service use conditions set by a user and the service use conditions set by those other than the user are stored in a user side service use condition storage part 107. When the service conditions are compared with supply side service conditions, the user side uses, in a condition composing part 105, the service conditions obtained by combining the service use conditions set by the user which are stored in the user side service use condition storage part 107 with the service use conditions set by those other than the user. Since the service use conditions set by those other than the user such as a server are also reflected on the combined service use conditions, those other than the user can bear the administration of the service use condition.
