PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guidance system for route information of a transportation facility that guides information required for reaching a destination point from a transmission point where the inquiry does not require much time and is possible even in the case that a caller telephone number is unknown. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a route guidance reception section 2-1 that automatically detects a caller telephone number, requests a caller to input a telephone number of a destination point, and outputs a plurality of sets of telephone number information respectively corresponding to the caller telephone number and the telephone number of the destination point, an address retrieval section 3-1 that retrieves address information DB 3-3 depending on a plurality of sets of the telephone number information outputted from the route guidance reception section 2-1 to output a plurality of sets of address information respectively corresponding to both the telephone numbers, and with a route selection section 3-2 that retrieves transportation facility information DB 3-4 depending on a plurality of sets of the address information outputted from the address retrieval section 3-1 and selects transportation facility route information tying the transmission point and the destination point on the basis of a plurality of sets of transportation facility information respectively corresponding to the caller telephone number and the telephone number of the destination point.
