PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the use of stimulation value in evaluation and inspection method for a reflector type panel 1 that an external management is required because external light is included as a parameter in the result, so that the absolute evaluation of the panel itself cannot be performed, and much time is required for the evaluation and inspection work.;SOLUTION: In this method, the evaluation and inspection is performed by use of the reflectance of the reflector type panel 1. The reflectance is estimated by performing a main component analysis to the set of spectral reflectance of each wavelength in red, green and blue signals inputted to the reflector type panel, and the evaluation and inspection is performed by comparing it with the measurement result of a reflectance measuring machine 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
