PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a server for controlling an expendable printer item, a printing terminal, a method and a program for controlling the expendable printer item, and a storage medium for properly controlling the expendable item used for the printing terminal.;SOLUTION: The ID of an expendable printer item used for the printing terminal 3 is checked by the control server 2, and only when the ID is identified, the printing output is possible. The number of printed sheets is controlled by the control server 2 or the printing terminal 3.
