PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation method for a DNA micro array simple with high measuring sensitivity and an analysis method of gene manifestation that can be measured with higher measuring sensitivity using the DNA micro array prepared by the method.;SOLUTION: A DNA fragment for spot is previously made one chain before fixed to a substrate, and the DNA made into one chain is fixed to the appropriate substrate to attain the purpose.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
