PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple joint structure in a pipe truss structure capable of providing excellent construction property and provide a pipe truss bridge construction method.;SOLUTION: In the joint structure of the pipe truss structure using a steel pipe, two short pipes are arranged in a substantially v-shaped form and are welded on an outer peripheral face of a main pipe which becomes a chord member, and a branch pipe which becomes a diagonal member is abutted against and welded to the tip of each short pipe. In the pipe truss bridge construction method, a steel pipe joint member composed of two short pipes is provided at respective diagonal member mounting positions of the main pipes which become a top chord and a bottom chord of the pipe truss structure in advance, and the short pipe of the top chord and the short pipe of the bottom chord and mutually connected by a branch pipe which forms a diagonal member at construction site to form a truss.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
