PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of an arithmetic processing for executing the discrimination and a discrimination rate of a discrimination object by executing a discriminating operation for discriminating the discrimination object by using a specified sensor signal and a weight coefficient stored in a memory. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with an arithmetic part 13 for executing a discriminating operation, based on a sensor signal and a weight coefficient, a learning part 14 for executing learning related to the weighting coefficient, a memory 15 for storing the weighting coefficient, etc. Also, a control part 16 generates and outputs a sensor output control signal to a sensor signal input part 12 in order to fetch only the sensor signal outputted from a sensor 10, and also, generates and outputs a discriminating operation control signal to the arithmetic part 13, as well in order to execute an operation by using the weighting coefficient corresponding to the sensor signal outputted from the sensor 10. In such a way, by using only the sensor signal whose degree of contribution to discrimination of a discrimination object is high, in the sensor signals outputted from a sensor group 11, and its weighting coefficient, the discriminating operation is executed and the discrimination is executed, therefore, the discriminating operation does not become redundant, the discrimination can be executed efficiently, and the discrimination rate can be improved.
