PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce low dew point compressed air by low energy compared with a conventional one.;SOLUTION: The air dehumidified under atmospheric pressure at a dehumidifying treatment area 31a of a rotary adsorption rotor 31 of an atmospheric pressure dehumidifying system X is sent to an adsorption tower dehumidifier 8 out of operation through a dehumidified air supply pipe 16 and the air is used for regenerating an adsorbent in the adsorption tower dehumidifier 8. The air compressed by a compressor 3 is sent to an adsorption tower dehumidifier 7 and dehumidified, the its total weight is sent to an objective space from a supply pipe 14.
