PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize continuous operation for mud shield machine by preventing a pipeline from being blocked by crushing gravel and solidified substances flowing into a mud discharging pipe in the mud shield method.;SOLUTION: An inlet portion 8 is opened and formed at the lower portion of a partition wall 3 at the rear of a cutter disk 1 of a mud shield machine 2, a mud discharging pipe 7 is connected to the inlet portion 8, and debris is discharged rearward together with mud in this mud removing method using the mud shield machine, an opening 13 is provided in a mud discharge pipe near the inlet portion 8, an impact device 9 inside the mud discharging pipe is communicated to the opening 13, the rod 27 of the impact device 9 inside the mud discharging pipe 9 is reciprocated, and the mud is discharged while crushing gravel and cement-based solidified substances or the like which cause or may cause the blocking near the inlet portion 8.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
