PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform efficient and effective teaching while utilizing personal computers and the Internet even without being familiar with the personal computer and the Internet.;SOLUTION: In the teaching material server 21 of a school 1, the teaching material data distributed from a distribution server 40 via the Internet 3 are stored. In the school 1, computer devices 11A, 11B,..., 11n and the server 21 are connected by an intra-school LAN 30. When performing instruction, for example, in a schoolroom 10A, teaching materials data on the server 21 are taken out by the computer device 11A based on a preliminarily prepared scenario to be displayed on a screen 13A and instruction is performed. Moreover, remarks and answers to questions of students are inputted to the computer device 11A and are displayed on the screen 13A and also are recorded in the device. The displaying of moving pictures and caption is also performed. Since teaching materials data are used in instruction based on preliminarily prepared scenarios, preparations for the instruction are simply completed and progress of the instruction is made easy. Furthermore, a teacher can get access to contents on the Internet 3 from the computer device 11A via the LAN 30 and can use the contents in the instruction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
