PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight flame-retardant hood material for a connecting part of a vehicle superior in mechanical characteristic, bending fatigue resistance and crumple-proof characteristic.;SOLUTION: This hood material for a connecting part of a vehicle has laminate layers formed by using (a) a polypropylene resin, (b) a polyethylene resin of low density, (c) ethylene-olefin copolymer rubber, (d) a styrene thermoplastic elastomer and a composition prepared by blending (e) a mineral oil softener and (f) a flame retarder by a specific ratio, on both surfaces of woven fabric using polypropylene drawn-thread as warp and weft.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
