PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To audit whether respective computer satisfy the specification of electronic business and whether throughput has a problem or not, under environment in which computers for exchanging messages are networked. SOLUTION: This system is provided with plural electronic notarial functions for typing time uniformly to an exchange message on electronic business for recording and retaining it, a function taking the mutual notarization of all the exchanging message to be recorded and retained between the electronic notarial functions, a transaction log collection agent function for collecting all the exchanging messages recorded and retained by the electronic notarial functions automatically and reproducing them as the event of the whole network area, a protocol standard collection agent function for collecting the specification code of the electronic business automatically to correctly grasp a phenomena to occur in the whole of all the exchanging messages, and a log analytic engine for comparing the reproduced phenomena of the whole of the network area with the event to occur in the whole of all the network area, which is grasped by the protocol standard collection agent function to perform objective inspection.
