PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that many unrelated people throng to a hospital and the number and attributes of participants can not be controlled since clinical test information is spread to the large number of people not to be the objects of a clinical test in the conventional system of the clinical test using newspaper advertisements or the like. SOLUTION: Applications are received by using an application system on the Internet for the interested diseases, and medical histories of individuals and the living area, sex and age of the individuals are stored in a clinical test participation desiring person data base. Clinical test participation information corresponding to the attributes of the individuals is limitedly sent and the distribution number of electronic mail is adjusted while observing the condition of the number of the participants. Also, by multiplying the data of a clinical test participation rate stored by then with the member information of the medial history/sex or the like, how many people can participate is predicted approximately beforehand, and thus a clinical test execution schedule is smoothly planned.
