PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for supporting a target expansion, by which a target can not be effectively achieved at all the time, performed only by a human being in the manner of trial and error so as to efficiently expand the target.;SOLUTION: This system is provided with a language pair input means for inputting a language pair shown by noun and verb. Dictionary data generating means for generating dictionary data on the basis of the language pair inputted by this language pair input means, temporary cultural zone setting means for setting a temporary cultural zone on the basis of the language pair and the dictionary data, language pair activity operating means for operating the activity distribution of the language pair on the basis of this set temporary cultural zone, language pair area selecting means for selecting the area of the new language pair by collating the activity distribution with a preserved language activity distribution pattern, and display means for displaying the selected language area.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
