PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that with calculations of recycling rate, once the name of type of an item to be processed is acquired, it is possible to calculate the recycling rate of an overall plant, however, because the name is not written in a fixed part and its written part could be damaged, the name is sometimes difficult to identify, with the result that if the name cannot be obtained, it is not possible to calculate the recycling rate.;SOLUTION: From the number Ct (i) of inputs of each item processed during the current month and the average weight Wavn (i) of each item, total weight input Wt for the current month is determined, and the total shipping weight Wout measured by a shipping weight measuring portion 11 is divided by the total weight input Wt whereby the recycling rate Ra11 of the overall plant is calculated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
