PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify and speed examination and determination of credibility of a client that requires skill in a finance or lease and rental industry, and to make reliability a security for an examination result.;SOLUTION: A balance score obtained from assets and a debt, a performance score obtained by expressing average monthly sales and the number of employees in score form, a rating obtained by expressing a minimum amount of money for financing and renting an article in score form, and a ceiling calculated from comparison of the rating and financial strength including the monthly sales are stored in their respective tables. An actual balance score is determined by applying actual assets and an actual debt of the specific client to the table stored with the balance score. A standard debt is determined as the performance score by applying actual monthly sales and the actual number of employees to the table stored with the performance score and replacing a scale of business with the debt. The performance score determined is added to and subtracted from the balance score determined. If the financial strength is less than a given amount of money, an actual rating is determined by multiplying by a specified cut. An actual financing and renting ceiling is determined from the actual monthly sales and the rating determined, and possibility of financing and renting is examined based on the actual financing and renting ceiling and the rating.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
