PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which manages the progress conditions of construction in building sites by residences and subdivided construction units and provides management contents to persons concerned who want the data.;SOLUTION: In this building site construction management system, a portable telephone 1 is provided with an input operation part 37 which inputs a construction item of each of units constituting a residence and respective workers who are in charge of these construction items, at the time of entrance to a building site, during presence in the side, and at the time of leaving the site and a control part 29 which uses 'i mode' services to transmit selected contents to a management server 7.
