PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable grasp of real conditions of automobile traffic such as traffic volume by car type and traffic volume by weight by measuring vehicles on a road and vehicle information of individual vehicles.;SOLUTION: These systems are characterized by providing vehicle dimension measuring instruments 10, 11 to measure vehicle dimension of one applicable vehicle when the vehicle passes a prescribed measuring area, an axle load measuring instrument 7 to measure the respective axle loads of the vehicle, a number of axes calculating part 25 to calculate the number of axes of the vehicle based on the respective measurement results and a vehicle passage information generating part 26 to generate passage information of the vehicle based on the information acquired by the respective means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
