PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a success/failure guidance information system capable of collating the result of success/failure of an entrance examination or qualifying test or the like as guaranteed primary information by using various communication networks and communication terminals as necessary.;SOLUTION: The success/failure guidance information center is provided with a database server for storing the various personal information of an examinee, a control server for performing line control and system control, Web server for Internet connection, and a plurality of communication servers for performing the communication control of a telephone, a cellular phone, a PHS(personal handy phone system), or a fax or the like from the examinee, and the plurality of communication servers are assigned according to the number of contract lines of contractors such as schools. Also, automatic answering countermeasures with a voice is performed in response to collation through the telephone or the fax from the examinee, and the display of the examined result on a browser screen is performed in response to collation through a personal computer or a hand-held terminal or the like.
